Simple Products

Once again a really bad little collage of products but you get the idea!
Growing up my mum always taught me about the importance of skin care and always told me that less is more in the make-up department otherwise you'll get spots etc and the first products she bought me were some Simple wipes and Toner and Moisturiser.

Now I obviously can chose what skin care range I use but I still use Simple! EVERYDAY.
The wipes are my favourite products I take them everywhere!
My daily skincare routine is
Wake up use the Simple Daily Gel Wash which really wakes up my skin I love using it!
I have recently started using Clarins Day Cream so I'll review that once I've been using it a few weeks so I can get a feel for it! But I don't use Simple Creams during the day because I feel like they have some work to do so I shouldn't cover it up with foundation!
Then obviously apply my make-up... The day is done I get home and before bed I use my (Just realised I didn't add my Simple Eye Make-Up remover to my edit up there) But yeah I use Simple Eye Make-Up remover round my eyes, then my simple wipes all over my face, I use Toner on a cotton pad then I moisturise.

I'm going to add a pretty long link here to Superdrugs Simple range section for you to purchase these items, I will be buying more when I can and trying them out so let me know if there's any in particular I've already had a few emails for products and I'm super excited to start reviewing them for you all!

Nair Roll On Hair Removal

I brought this roll on wax hair removal just to get rid of the few stray hairs that i get in between my eyebrows it was just a little change from plucking that I was interested in, just something to do at home better than going out to the store and paying 5- 10 pounds a time...
So anyway I got it and ended up VERY disapointed it did not latch on to ANY hairs and didn't remove one single hair it just left my skin in a mess as it only pulled off 60% of the wax that I had applied.
Now considering I have actually learnt how to wax professionally I can promise you I was doing it properly!
I would not consider buying this wax so I won't provide you with a link!

Still trying to find a home waxing kit that works...

I'll let you know!

TRESemme Products

I'd firstly like to apologise for the poor quality that this collage has come out in!!
Just quickly threw it together as I thought doing all the TRESemme products in together would be better than doing 5 different posts!
My hair is VERY thin and dry most of the time and I suffer with split ends!

Now I use TRESemma Shampoo, Condition, Heat Defence Spray, Mousse and Hairspray!

Shampoo:
I love using this shampoo it makes my hair feel so smooth like I've used a conditioner all over, I have tested how many days I can go without washing my hair using this shampoo as I always feel that's a test you should carry out and I managed to go 4! That was after straightening it once having it down everyday without it looking greasy and up the last day as it was looking a bit greasy on top!
If you suffer with limp hair like me I highly recommend this product as if I wash my hair with this and then blow dry it I get a nice bit of volume on top which is perfect, just what I want!
Conditioner:
Love using this condition can't complain! It hasn't really done anything for my split ends but it doesn't claim to either so if any of you have any treatments you can recommend for split ends that would be AMAZING!
I'm always after new products to try out for my hair!
Heat Defence Spray:
When you blow dry and or straighten your hair with layers sometimes you will get fly away bits throughout especially if you suffer from split ends, this heat defence spray STOP THAT until you wash your hair again, I wash my hair then apply this spray then blow dry and sometimes straighten my hair and it does exactly what it says on the bottle ;)
Mousse:
I am considering changing the mousse actually, I don't use it often but when I do I don't feel like this mousse really works for me however I will say that's because I need quite a firm holding mousse because I have straight hair so I try scrunch dry it sometimes with a large amount of mousse and this mousse just doesn't really help with that I can obviously only speak from experience so I don't know if it would work better on someone with wavy/curly hair.
Hairspray:
Love this hairspray I have both the firm holding one which is black and pink and the more fair holding one which I believe is black and green labelled.
I obviously use the Firm hold when I have hair up as I have a lot of baby hairs that like to fly away and this hairspray holds them in place perfectly then I use the green one after blow drying if I have teased my hair a little just as an all over coverage to hold my hair in place without appearing sticky!

I speak VERY highly of most TRESemme products simply because I think they all do exactly what they say they will do!
The Shampoo's all have different ranges for Dry hair for Coloured hair and after getting the Shampoo for Coloured hair I honestly have noticed my hair colour becoming more vibrant and even though my hair is currently at a colour I don't like this Shampoo is making me like it as it is making it shiny and giving it volume!

I buy my TRESemma products with out weekly shop at ASDA but it's available in all supermarkets, BOOTS and Superdrug!

Sweet Pea Candle

I found this candle whilst out on a rather boring shopping trip to B&Q, however I can't seem to find it on their website, I got it for £5 and I have managed to find it on Amazon for £4.99 with free delivery (You're welcome).
I currently have this candle burning in my bedroom at 00:40am and the smell it's letting off is amazing, I love candles burning in my room especially ones that let off a lot of scent. It smells a lot like parma-violets I think!

I will definitely be purchasing another one when this one has burnt down but I have a feeling it will last a long time! It comes in a lovely tin which gives me peace of mind because I always worry about wax dripping down onto my furniture etc!
NO WORRIES WITH THIS ONE!

Go ahead and treat yourself if your boyfriend enjoys eating smelly foods like cheesy doritos in your room this is a
MUST HAVE!

E.L.F- Lilac Nail Polish

E.L.F products have been something I've been wary of everytime I purchase them I am starting to believe there is no need for that, this nail polish I got for only £2.50, most of the products on their website are £1.50 to £5.50 and you can get ALLSORTS on there. I would definitely recommend them as a whole!
So back to the nail polish, I got this in summer of 2011 so about August time for me I thought it would be perfect for summer being light and it would go with anything!
I was really pleasantly surprised it works well!
Sometimes I feel I'd rather have a really faint Lilac colour so I apply base coat, 1 coat of this Lilac Polish then a top coat and it just looks really faint and almost clear with a slight hint of colour, then when I really want the matte block colour I apply base coat, 3 coats of Lilac then a top coat and I'm in love with this!!

I wear it 'every other nail colour' I change my nail colour quite a lot but have found myself alternating between this colour, red and a deep purple I have inherited from my younger sister.

So this product is for sale on the E.L.F website (E.L.F stands for Eyes Lips Face)
GO CHECK IT OUT!

The Body Shop- White Musk Sun Glow

I know this is my second review and it is another Body Shop product but as I'm just starting out with my blogs I'm trying to catch up and so I'm just getting my Body Shop products out of the way first as I've liked a lot of them during 2012!

SO! I'm not really a fan of white musk I have to say I like things that are more light and sweet as far as perfumes and scents go so this for me was a surprise, I got this product to try out and review and I honestly have fallen in love I don't ever want it to run out, I'd just like to start of by saying my taste in perfume has got more expensive since I've got older so I try not to wear perfume everyday so I get a body mist or something, however, this Body puree has become my body mist, it has such a lovely smell to it if I apply it to my wrists, arms shoulders and chest/neck area just like 2 pumps covers the whole area people are complimenting me on my 'fresh smell' it honestly is a beautiful scent!

This bottle is currently on sale so GET IT QUICK!!

The Body Shop- Hemp Hand Protector

Hemp Hand Protector my absolute favourite hand moisturiser of ALL time!
It's amazing if you have dry skin like I do, It's amazing if you don't I recommend this to everyone, I have a lot of hairdressers in my family and I've made them all buy it...
It's £10 and it is WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
I've had mine for 5 months now and I've barely even got a quarter of the way down and I use it everyday!
I've used this hand protector for around 5 years because my mum used to buy it when I was younger.

The only downside to this product is the smell, it is a hemp product so the smell isn't amazing so I would suggest going into a Body Shop store and smelling it first if you're quite sensitive to smells!

Apart from that though (as that is honestly the ONLY downfall) it is an excellent product and I highly recommend it!

Bonjour!

Bonjour Beauty Beauties!
This is my first beauty blog post!
I used to do Vlogs but due to some inconvenient hacking of my account and some not so nice videos being posted I have had a long break from public beauty and have now decided to come back in a much different way!

First things first let me tell you a little bit about the things I post!
I post a LOT.

I post about moisturisers, make-ups, clothes, shoes, candles and little nik-nak bits and pieces really girly things all the things that I'm loving.
I love getting messages and emails from fans a.k.a 'my beauties' asking me to review products etc...

I LIVE/WORK ON A BUDGET!

You won't see me using £30 brushes or Dior and Mac foundations I use brands that are easily purchased in Superdrug and Boots!

Sometimes there will be the odd post about something random that happened to me but I try to keep them to a minimum, sometimes I get emails saying do more of them sometimes I get emails HATING me for them!
Either way I like to try and keep everyone happy.

Obviously, I'm new to beauty blogging I used to do a personal blog but feel it's too private to be blabbing about my boyfriend issues on the internet so I keep that for my personal journal now! Beauty vlogging is different with the editing etc so bare with me!

So anyway I think I'm going to go ahead and try and do some beauty reviews etc now just to let you guys get a feel of what I'm about, I'm going to link my blog on some of my favourite beauty YouTube channels to get some of you coming back and I will also tell you about any YouTube videos I like at the time, Make-Up and Hiar Tutorials etc!

SO! I hope to see my numbers building up and I hope to hear from you all even if it's just to say 'Hi, I'm reading your blog'
